The 33rd Annual Grand Canyon Bahá'í Conference will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona from Saturday, December 23, 2017 through Monday, December 25, 2017. Over the past 33 years this conference has attracted an average of over 2,500 participants each year.

Instructions for Becoming a Vendor

The Grand Canyon Bahá'í Conference Committee is inviting Vendors to submit proposals for Vendor Exhibits during this year's conference. The Committee will do its best to accommodate as many vendors as possible. Please follow these instructions to become a vendor at the 2017 Grand Canyon Bahá'í Conference:

  1. View a map of the vendor area showing current space availability
  2. Fill out and submit the Vendor Proposal using the online form (see button below)
  3. You will receive an email confirming its receipt and a confirmation number
  4. Once the proposal is approved, you will receive an email telling you how to reserve and pay for your space


Conference Vendor Timeline

Online Vendor Proposals

  • Online proposal submission opens Friday, September 1, 2017.
  • Vendors will be notified by Thursday, December 31, 2099.
  • Vendor proposals will be reviewed in the order received. Additional requests for information may delay approval.

Vendor Space Reservations

  • Space reservation deadline is Tuesday, December 5, 2017.
  • 20 % discount if vendor proposal is submitted by Saturday, September 30, 2017 and vendor spaces are reserved and paid for by Saturday, October 21, 2017.
  • NOTE: Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until proposal is approved and vendor space reservation process is completed. Vendor spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. The order in which vendor proposals are submitted or approved has no bearing on the order in which vendor spaces are reserved, and approval of a vendor proposal does not guarantee space availability.
